1.1 Who We Are

Triple ONE ("Triple ONE 360," "we," "our," or "us") operates an online recruitment and staffing platform that connects employers primarily across the Gulf region with job seekers and recruitment agencies worldwide. Our services are provided through www.tripleone360.com (the "Website").

By accessing or using our website or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1.2 Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful recruitment and employment purposes. In particular, you must:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at all times.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Refrain from posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, or that infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including those of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and your own jurisdiction, such as UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and anti-discrimination standards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the platform or its users.

1.3 Accounts

To access most features of the Service, job seekers, employers, and recruitment agencies must register an account. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account and must not impersonate any other person or entity. Accounts must be created with accurate information, and you agree to update your details as necessary.

1.4 User Content and Multimedia

You may upload content such as profiles, job listings, CVs, introductory or work videos, images, documents, and other materials ("Content"). By submitting Content, you:

  • Grant Triple ONE 360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
  • Represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share such Content.
  • Acknowledge that certain Content may be visible to other users globally, subject to your privacy settings.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable any Content that violates these Terms, our Content Moderation & Reporting Policy, or applicable laws.

Multimedia Content (Videos & Work Samples): Job seekers and recruitment agencies may upload introductory videos, portfolio clips, or work demonstrations. Such content must not include copyrighted, offensive, or confidential material without proper authorization. We may moderate, remove, or process videos (e.g., format conversion or caption generation) for quality, accessibility, and compliance purposes.

1.5 On-Demand Workers (Gig Feature)

Our platform includes an "On-Demand Workers" feature, enabling employers to post short-term assignments ("Gigs") and workers to accept them. Triple ONE 360 serves solely as a marketplace facilitator and is not the employer or principal of any worker unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Upon acceptance of a Gig, a direct contractual relationship forms between the employer and the worker. All aspects of the engagement, including payment, scheduling, and terms, are managed through the platform or as mutually agreed. Employers and workers bear sole responsibility for compliance with local labor, visa, tax, and safety laws, including UAE Federal Labour Law No. 33 of 2021 and relevant Gulf standards.

We may provide optional escrow or payment facilitation services, with applicable fees and terms disclosed at the time of use.

1.6 Fees and Payments

Certain features, such as premium job postings, agency subscriptions, or gig-related payments, may incur fees. All fees are displayed in AED or the applicable currency and are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice for future transactions.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.

1.7 Ratings, Reviews, and Verification

Users may submit ratings or reviews of employers, job seekers, or agencies, which must be honest, factual, and non-abusive. We may remove or edit reviews that violate our policies. Additionally, we may offer optional identity verification or background checks through trusted third-party services to enhance platform trust.

1.8 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on the Website are owned by Triple ONE 360 or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

1.9 Liability Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that job postings will lead to employment, that candidate information is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of AED 1,000 or the total fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

1.10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triple ONE 360, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

1.11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms or other policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property rights, liability limitations, indemnity) will remain in effect.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service, and we may delete your Content.

1.12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of the UAE.

1.13 Updates

We may amend these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes. We recommend reviewing the Terms regularly.
